Medical Overview for NCS India
What is the program?
Our group medical plan provides insurance coverage to employees for expenses related to hospitalization and surgery due to illness, disease or injury, as well as outpatient cover for a wide range of services including doctor consultation, dental, vision and etc.
Who is the insurance carrier?
Care Health Insurance.
Key program benefits:
- Family floater sum insured of INR 7 lac for outpatient cover and INR 15,000 for outpatient cover.
- Covers up to a maximum of 5 dependents (Spouse/Partner, up to 2 Children, Parents/Parents-in-Law).
- OPD coverage for Doctor consultation, Dental, Vision, Prescribed Medicines, WHO Approved Vaccinations and Physiotherapy.
- Inpatient coverage for standard hospitalization and surgery, including pre-post hospitalization expenses and day-care procedures.
- Maternity benefits including coverage for the baby effective with the date of birth, pre and post natal expenses, well baby and mother charges.
- Additional coverage for Modern Treatments, Infertility Treatment, AYUSH Treatment etc.
- Pre-existing conditions are covered under our plan.
- Cashless process available for in-network clinics and hospitals.
- We are also pleased to share the following new enhancements from April 2026:
