How do I enroll in benefits?
The Benefits Team will enroll you for insurance benefits in your first month with Dow Jones. Please make sure your personal information in Workday including full legal name and date of birth are accurate for insurance enrollment.

For social insurance, it will be arranged by our Payroll Team and payroll vendor Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co.
When are new hires eligible for health and welfare benefits?
New hires will be eligible for the Japan group insurance benefits including medical and life insurance, and other welfare benefits such as wellbeing reimbursement, ClassPass, Headspace, Peppy and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from your join date with Dow Jones.
In case of a medical crisis before your enrollment process is completed, please contact us via Sofi and we will assist in escalating the case on priority.
Is there a cost to my healthcare?
The group insurance plans are fully sponsored by Dow Jones.
When am I eligible for pension and how do I enroll?
You will be enrolled into the government schemes in accordance with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare when you are onboard with Dow Jones. On top of social insurance, permanent employees are eligible for the company retirement benefits scheme from your join date, subject to the vesting schedule.
