What is the program?
Our group medical plan provides insurance coverage to employees for expenses related to hospitalization due to illness, disease or injury.
Who is the insurance carrier?
Care Health Insurance.
Key program benefits:
- Family floater sum insured of INR 7 lac.
- Covers up to a maximum of 5 dependents (Spouse/Partner, Children, Parents/Parents-in-Law).
- Coverage provides for standard hospitalization and surgery, including pre-post hospitalization expenses and day-care procedures.
- Maternity benefits including coverage for the baby effective with the date of birth, pre and post natal expenses, well baby and mother charges.
- Additional coverage for Modern Treatments, Infertility Treatment, AYUSH Treatment etc.
- Pre-existing conditions are covered under our plan.
- Cashless process available for in-network hospitals.
- We are also pleased to share the following new enhancements from April 2025:

| New Dental Benefits (New!) | New benefit to cover Dental care & treatments on OPD basis up to INR 15k per family. |
| Dependent Age Limit | Age limit of dependent enhanced from age 80 to age 90. |
| Maternity Benefits | Wellbaby and Mother Expenses covered within maternity limit on IPD basis with no sub-limit (previously with 10% sub-limit). |
| Pre and Post Natal Expenses | Extended to cover both IPD and OPD expenses, up to INR 10K within maternity limit. |
| Cochlear Implant and Oral Chemotherapy | Coverage enhanced from 50% to 100% of sum insured. |
| Lasik/ Refractive Error Treatment | Covered if power of eye is above +/-6.5 from previously +/-7.5. |
| Ayush Treatment | Coverage enhanced to up to 100% of sum insured (previously up to 25% of sum insured with a cap of INR 1 lac). |
| Mental Illness | Coverage enhanced to up to 100% of sum insured. |
