In Dow Jones we strive to create a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ employees. Check out these benefits and resources available:
Inclusive Healthcare
We try our best to negotiate with healthcare providers to offer coverage for same-sex partners in our medical insurance plans (where applicable), allowing LGBTQ+ employees and same-sex partners to have access to equal insurance coverage.

Adoption Assistance
The journey to parenthood can be complex for LGBTQ+ couples. For those who wish to start a family via adoption, we are here to support via our Adoption Assistance Program which helps cover necessary expenses related to the adoption of a child. Our Parental Leave policy is also extended to cover child that has been placed with the employees for adoption or foster care.
