At Dow Jones we understand the external pressures employees may have in taking care of ailing loved ones. There may come a time where you find you need some time off from work to fully care for your sick family member. This is our Compassionate Caregiver Leave, which offers up to 4 weeks of paid time off to care for your family member, subject to terms of the policy.

How to apply?

Submit an Application Form for Compassionate Caregiver Leave to the People team via Sofi, including endorsement from your family member’s doctor confirming the care needed (Part 2 of the application form), our team will review your application and advise the next step in updating the leave in Workday.
